I've just heard about it, no idea if it's legit, given that Anon have, on occasion, linked unwitting browsers into joining the LOIC, I'm not willing to go there myself

Anyway, it's Anonymous' replacement for Megaupload.

"Servers are being set up in Russia, according to the new website's welcome page, to provide an alternative file-sharing service called Anonyupload."

When I saw the thread title, I definitely thought it was about Anonymous finding a replacement for Missouri University.

Anyway this is...interesting. I'm not really sure what to think. We'll see how far it goes. That Anonymous facebook thing didn't last, so let's see if not having as much competition lets it fly. I doubt it could ever get as large as Megaupload though, since making a website of the same size and scope would require them give up their anonymity.

Why allow Anon any information or link to me?

I don't use these services anyway, except when the occasional mod uses them, and while I appreciate some of what Anon does, I'd not willingly use any service they provided. They are just too unstable.
