Its funny. People in Kansas city are furious at the chief of the police, and the police in general, for claiming civilians "offered some assistance" in apprehending the shooters. Yeah turns out the civilians did all the work, and the cops showed up later as usual, and just took the credit. Turns out no, cops really aren't that useful.
