"Faith and a .45" a really slick looking Shooter set during the Great Depression has been put on hold by it's Danish developers. This saddens me as this was a truly interesting looking IP full of Car Chases, Gun Fights and some really awesome anachronisms. I was really looking forward to this one.

Here's hoping Dark Void and Damnation don't also bite the dust, otherwise 2009 will be a very depressing year for game releases.

Just read that an hour ago, sucks... It looked really interesting, and there aren't that many serious developers here in Denmark.

Damnation looks like garbage, but Faith and a .45 looked great. Sad times.
I think Damnation looks interesting, though the game has the foul stench of "Commitee" design about it. Too much pandering to overarching trends.

Faith and a .45 might just be the best name to a shooter ever.
And its a shame, it did look pretty nice.

I wouldn't even go that far -- it looks like it has hackneyed gameplay, tons of borrowed ideas, awkward climbing mechanics and is doing the whole "Like Gears of War, but..." thing. I wish Damnation would have died instead of Faith and a .45.

Judging by how much I dislike the narrative in Gears of War 2, I appreciate other developers stealing the good gameplay mechanics and putting them in a better setting with characters I can actually care about instead of laugh at.
