So, the title says it all, I need some advice.
My budget is 100 euros and the deadline is may 18
The criteria is PC games,no JRPGs, that is non-negotiable, FPS games are at a disadvantage and WRPGs or action-adventure games are priority. Either multiple standard editions, or one collector's edition which is worth it's price. Pre-Orders are acceptable, however the release date must be prior to deadline, and before you say Diablo 3, i'm waiting on collector's edition restocks

Games i already possess: Assassin's creed (1,2,BH,RV), Mass effect(1,2,3), Dragon Age (O&A,2), Fallout (2,3,NV), Alpha Protocol,Borderlands, TES (IV,V), Homefront, Just Cause 2, Portal, Section 8: prejudice, Shattered Horizon, Trine, The Witcher (1,2), Starcraft 2, Halflife 2, S.T.A.L.K.E.R SoCH, Dark Void, Torchlight, Prototype,Left 4 Dead 2, Diablo 2, Dead Space, Warcraft 3&tFT, Broken Sword (1,2,3,4) and last but not least KotOR (1,2).

Thanks in advance'

First obvious choice: Fallout 1 - you don't have a full collection there.

Then, perhaps even before - Morrowind. I think it's half price now on Steam due to the anniversery.

And now, in no particular order.

If you liked Fallout 1/2...no, I'll just suggest Arcanum of Steamworks and Magick Obscura regardless, it's a good game.

Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines is 20 Euro on Steam - really good RPG.

Neverwinter Nights both 1 and 2 are other good choices for RPGs.

Planescape: Torment - again, an RPG classic.

Baldur's Gate - see above.

the Legacy of Kain series - awesome story and decent enough gameplay. the go in order Blood Omen, Soul Reaver, Soul Reaver 2, Blood Omen 2, Defiance. You can happily skip BO2 - saying it's a low point of the series is an understatement. SR1 is on GOG, by the way.

Legend of Grimrock - I've had my eye on this game for a while now and I think it should be a good one.

Second Sight - a surprisingly good game that gets too little love...and attention in general.

Prince of Persia - I like the trilogy (Sands of Time, Warrior Within, The Two Thrones) and I haven't played the rest. Pretty sweet action game. At the very least, SoT is an awesome game on its own.

Deus Ex both the original and perhaps Human Revolutions.

Psychonauts, hey Yahtzee likes the game, what more do you need?

Not a big PC gamer (anymore, at least), but just by your list of "Games I've Already Got", I've got a couple suggestions:

Portal 2: all the brain-twisting fun of Portal, but with what equates to 3 campaigns! And the multiplayer is loads of fun.

Starcraft and it's expansion Brood Wars: You said you've got SC II, I'd have to hope you've played the original...if not, you have to.

Dead Space 2: Only if you enjoyed the first game, as it's more of the same with a few upgrades (for instance, zero gravity is no longer jumping from wall to wall, it's free-floating jetpack-like action).

And I know you were discouraging FPSs, but I couldn't possibly suggest a group of PC games without demanding that you get Alien vs Predator 2...the greatest FPS of all time. :p
