See I have 2 accounts on my computer that both have steam. Today My old account had an issue where the screen look blurry and oilpaintish. I restarted the computer several times and the problem still persisted. so what I did was move everything from my old account to my new account and deleted the old one. But the problem is, when I try to turn on steam, it says steam is running on a another windows user. I can't access my old account, can someone help me.
