Another Twilight thread

So after hearing many of your views on Twilight I had conviced myself to not go see it, but this morning I was asked if I wanted to go, knowing full well I would originally say no I was then bribed with sugar, popcorn and ice-cream. So, basically I'm asking if the bribe is enough to make me forget about the movie if it really is that terrible.

Only if you have an iPod, and a sleeping mask to block out the movie.

If you have those, then by all means, take the bribe. Otherwise, enter at your own risk.

If you can ignore the audience, and the lead "actress" the film is quite funny. Popcorn does makes everything better too

I say go see it if its as bad as everyone says at least you will have a war story you never know you might enjoy it I got bribed into seeing Australia the other day and came out actually rather impressed which was not my expected reaction

I saw it a few days ago and thought it was really good, obviously i'm one of a minority (not many straight 18 year old guys are into films like this, correct me if i'm wrong) but I say see it, if you don't like it then you can always revenge yourself on your friend at a later date (think creatively), and if you do like it then you benefit

If there is popcorn being offered I would definetely go, but then I just love popcorn. Particularly Kukul's popcorn, although it does taste kinda strange...

it was worth my money. mostly because i saw it for free on youtube. but it was a decent movie with some of THE WORSE FUCKING ACTING IN A MOVIE! also it was more of a chick flick

In all honesty, no exaggerated attacks on the story, just watch it with an open mind. You might actually like it. I haven't seen it, nor do I think I'd like it, but the possibility always remains. Just watch it. At the very worst, it will suck horribly, and from that point on you can bash the movie to your heart's content, since you actually saw it firsthand.

i can't say i have. and if the acting is any worse then it was in twilight, then i pray that the actors in the movie die of long painful deaths.
