I was thinking about starting Gymnastics soon but I'm pretty out of condition. I'm 23 years old (Male) and can't touch my toes if my life depended on it.
I'm hoping it will increase my flexibility, strength and endurance in general. Do you have any advice that I should keep in mind?
Examples:
Times a week.
Hours per training.
Generic knowledge of beginners.
