Who do you think would be a DC comic equivalent of deadpool?

There already is one, Deathstroke. In fact, Deadpool is well known as Marvel's counterpart to him. They even have similar names:
Deadpool- Wade Wilson
Deathstroke- Slade Wilson

On a tangentially related note my friend just scored points on his deadpool for 2009 with the death of Bea Arthur. 14 points to him.

Pretty much this, but if you are referring to murdering psychopath anti heroes, then in the DCU I know of none, DCU don't really do the anti hero stuff because all of the actual heroes would be out for their blood due to the anti hero killing people.
