Neotokyo is a fairly unadvertised Sourcemod I've recently started to play, just wondering if anybody else plays it. A very nice alternative to the mindless TF2 spam IMO. It also got a nice patch to balance it out a bit just yesterday.

Oi TF2 is not mindless.
Take that back. :(

I tried Neotokyo but it wasn't very noob friendly and I had no idea what was going on.

Ditto, I had Memtic try and teach me, I think I got 4 frags in about 3 hours.

Having said that, I went back on the next night and got permabanned from a server from FFing 4 of my 7 teammates with a shotgun :(

Heard of it, but I'm not much of a multiplayer...player. And with L4D2 coming out, I'll soon have enough multiplayer games to think about playing and then go back to Spelunky.

I've played it, and I found it to be decent.
About as good as TF2 in my opinion.

I was more referring to the Lucksman snipers and demomen who just spam in their general direction. Oh, and dont even get me started on W+M1 pyros.

Anyway, yeah, it isnt very Noob Friendly at all, the only way I made it through was because I had just tried to quit TF2 (which worked till a few days ago when my friend forced me to play). Once you learn the ropes it's an amazing game though, never seen so much teamwork, ever.

I also play it quite a lot. As has been stated before, it's not that easy at first, but once you learn the basics and really get into it, the game becomes one hell of a fun time.

Same here. Wasn't really my cup of tea, especially since I was thinking it was kinda like an open world-ish type thing.

But, I still love to play Modular Combat..
