I'm not going to say Normandy, since I'd have NO idea how to fly the darn thing.
Same reason why I wouldn't choose any Mech.

So, I'd either pick a Warthog or a Mongoose, since both are quick and fun to fly around in.

A Hellbringer. (Loki for you Inner Sphere Scum).

That is, if Mechs count.

The Litany of Fury or Hyperion if starships count.

If I had to pick a car, well, damn, I'm glad I don't. :)
yes mechs count

The Eta-2 Actis Jedi Starfighter is pretty sweet. Y'know, weapons, socket for a droid, can land vertically, has a hyperspace ring, folding winglets...
(Features in many SW games after SWIII)

It's small enough to put in a parking space, even.

Mad Cat Mk II (that'd be a Timber Wolf for all you Clan freakazoids)

I dunno, I think once you get past a certain point in size, it ceases to be a 'vehicle' and becomes a 'ship', so things like the Normandy or the Death Star, or a Super Star Destroyer, or the Enterprise really shouldn't count.

But that's just my opinion.

M12 Light Reconnaissance Vehicle (also know as the warthog)
star destroyer (the 19km one)
