When I started up the game after chaos rising was launched there was a rather nasty glitch waiting for me. I get to the main menu and the space marine standing in the center has various body parts being covered by others and some of them appeared to be missing, as well as the background being completely gone except for the image way in the back. I went to the army painter menu and the same thing was affecting all the characters in that as well. i proceeded to click the back button then the game crashed. I went to the properties menu in steam and tinkered with the options for a bit and found that the only thing that fixed it was to click on "verify game files" and click yes to the "delete saved games popup". This fixed the game and i continued to play assuming that it was file corruption and decided that my campaign saves were a casualty of war.
I played a few matches then went for dinner, when i came back and re-launched the game i discovered the same glitch on the main menu. since then the verify game files has proved to be a one session fix for this stupid thing and i'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problem?
It appears that relic has released a "potential fix" but nothing has changed.
I'll post a screenshot if someone can tell me how to post images on this.
