I have gotten around to watching all the crysis trailers and I have to say the game looks to be shaping up pretty well. I heard the multiplayer demo was crap but that's not really why I was interested in the game. I more wanted to play the single player.

So has anyone else had there interest piqued?

I am but I currently only have the funds to buy Bad Company 2, and one other game. Due to the insistence of my friends that second choice is leaning heavily towards Monster Hunter Tri. Also the rest of my games fund for this month is going to be dedicated towards a pre-order for Battlefield 3. So to sum it up yes, but I'm much more interested in other games to bother. I might rent it later on.

I couldn't get the demo to run on either my PC or my Xbox 360, so I've stopped caring about the game completely.

After watching half a million videos showcasing the leaked version on PC, I was hooked. Pre-Ordered it after that.

Originally I had brushed it aside as yet another Console FPS, but it actually looked awesome on PC, even in its unfinished state.

I'm not sure how much I'll get into the multiplayer.

BF3 is my most-wanted this year, but it's not for another five months, so I'm not even bothering with a pre-order yet.

I know I'm gonna buy it, for PC, but if I were you, with a cash fund presumably worth three games per month, I'd buy Crysis or Brotherhood now, and get a BF3 pre-order in April, seeing as the only interesting game for that month is Portal 2, to my knowledge.

A little.

It's sci-fi, aliens. It looks horribly generic still, but at least it's better than a total CoD knockoff. Though I'm under the impression that it's no longer the technical behemoth the franchise once was. It's a multi-platform release, through and through. Pushing no boundaries.

I guess I'll take what I can get at this point.

Completely uninterested in Crysis 2, the shitty multiplayer beta crushed all hopes of me buying it.(irony?)

I'm calling a lot of bugs in the first few weeks of release anyway, no game can be fixed that well with only a few days till release (i think it's close to release now anyway)

Now to replay Half Life 2 until Portal 2 comes out!

[sub]Patience i will buy Persona 4... Eventually[/sub]

I would play the game if my computer could run it. Something about playing Crysis on my Xbox 360 just feels like....cheating. I was able to play the first one for a little bit before my computer decided to take a poo all over itself in the process.

I'll more than likely rent it, though.

Whatever, just wash your hands.
I dont know, I wasnt impressed much with the multi player demo but the graphics were pretty nice and it played well, I suppose it depends how long the single player is, if its a good length then I might get it but if its another 4 hour explosion, well thats what steam sales are for

The original crysis is one of my favorite games, you got to play as a preditor-like super soldier, and solve levels creatively. I'm very intrested in this sequal, and hope the new alians are more intresting.

I wanted to try the Crysis 2 demo but, it kept making my 360 freeze so I gave up on it. The commercials for it don't do much for me really.

Also (and this will probably sounds kind of petty) the power armor looks...well...worse than the Bat-Costume from Batman and Robin. Although the one thing that does look cool about the gameplay I've seen is how you get to fight Metal Gear Rex.

I was definitely excited about it, but then the demo came out and I couldn't even log on to try it. I'm sorta ambivalent after that. I really wanted to like it, but it's kinda hard when it won't let me even play the game.

I was until I played the terrible demo on the PS3 that Crytek decided to pull down. TWO DAYS after they released it.

I enjoyed the demo, and I'm interested in the singleplayer. Preordered just the other day, actually!
