We have no idea if it is legit or not but a lot of things are going on that would be explained by a new ownership group taking over The Escapist.

As to my color, I stepped down as Mod like...a month ago give or take.

This is because Pub Club seems to have been cut for non-paying people, so avatars are all reverting to the pre-pub placeholders, which usually would be the one you had beforehand but seems those were wiped too, thus we all have the placeholders.

Yeah Defy sold it to Destructoid.

I feel like I should respond to this but I haven't seen the new Avengers movie yet and probably won't until RedBox so I don't know what would be funniest to say so...

*Insert Hilarious Thanos joke here based on whatever happened in the movie

Nah, the avatars just toggled off. Had to manually toggle them back on as they are now here (and I never lost PubClub). Same with Badges. Quote Function did too but it toggles back to OFF so I guess Quote Functions will just have to be broken for a while longer.
