Anyone play Allods Online?

I downloaded it today and the artwork and Occultist are cool, but the designers kinda messed up. They started EVERY character in the same place doing the same quests stealing everyone's mobs.

So anyone here get Allods? And what do you think of it?

What class did you choose?

I actually downloaded it to try it out, but there's a very real chance I'll never actually log in.

Been playing since early CB and have really enjoyed it. I play a Psi or Healer on the Imperial side. If you can get past the hordes of absolute idiots that cover the first few areas of the early OB days, you'll find a very fun game with lots of room for expansion.

I just snagged it myself - it's actually pretty polished so far (10 levels in). The MASSIVE amount of gold spam, however, is making spend most of my playing time spent wishing for an ignore feature. (Seriously - the bots use a counter to avoid the spam filter and most are in the hundreds of thousands...)

I tried it in closed beta. Wasnt that bad for a f2p game compared to others, had interesting idea of end game but the moment the cash shop appeared the whole fun was ruined.
You cant be active in said endgame or PvP without spending more than subscrption fee for pay-to-play MMOS.

I play it every now and again, but not often enough to get very high leveled. It's an okay game, not bad, but it doesn't hold a whole lot of appeal to me.

I am thinking of going with The Arisen, maybe a Sorcerer... or a Savant or an Occultist.

Thanks but I alreay tested them... I like the Psionicists.

It's unPLAYABLE, I started 2 days before the latest patch,that ruined the game.

Well, I know this thread's over 2 years old, but hey. May as well post anyway.
I play it, and I love it. I dunno if it's a WoW clone in truth or not, since I've never touched WoW, but a lot of the players on Allods say that they like it better than WoW. As to the cash shop, yeah, they have one, but the items in it are almost exclusively vanity items. You can finish the whole game without buying a single thing.

I play as an Arisen Sorcerer, because it's an undead cyborg mage. Every word of that is awesome.
