anyone play checkers

i got in a game or two of checkers yesterday for the first time in like 10 years.

i was never a huge fan of the game, but i was surprised how much fun it was. It is a deceptivly simple game to play, but has quite a bit of strategic depth to it.

wouldn't mind playing again if given the chance.
anyone else?

I always prefered chess. Alot more variety in the games, but checkers is still a good passtime.

I tutor some kids at a school and they actually love the game a bit so I play with them; there good ^__^

I have played much more chess.

I knew a guy in college that was like the stat champion checkers player, but i never played with him.
