so i had one of those moments where i was bored, and felt that I wanted to get into another series. One i had in mind was Mad Men, because it had been earning huge critical acclaim by critics, and through awards.
Then after i saw the first couple episodes, I just didn't get it. I try to be open minded about the shows i first get into, but this show has no plot whatsoever, and feels like it was going nowhere, other than petty house/office issues. The only thing it has going for it is the excellent production of it, from acting, to the ability to successfully recreate the 50's setting.
Anyone else here watch it before?
