I am having some technical difficulties with age of empires 3...
After a long while with nothing but action games I games, decide to change style a bit with some RTS. So I tried to fire up Age of empires 3 again.
However, when I launch it, it says "Age of empires is not compatible with this version of windows. Contacts microsoft for more information".
I launch the game regardless and everything is fine. Until I actually start the game... First mission, I watch the very brief cutscene, see the dialog line, but alas, there is no sign of the voice actor. Which would be fine, execept I am standing unable to control anything, and can only watch helplessly as my troops dwindle. Finally he says what he is suppose to, and I resume control, but given as this happens every time there is a line of dialog, the game is nearly impossible to play.
Anybody else having this problem? Does anyone have a solution for this??
