I apologise profusely for caps-lock use, but I know that if I'd missed this post (and opportunity) due to it not striking me immediately then I would hate myself forever.

Shanks is filming the finalé for the final episode this week. He needs extras for a big epic battle. If you are within 10,000 miles you should probably try make it. If it weren' for my deadlines looming I would cough up and fly from England to be in it. If you're in the Melbourne area then you earn my eternal scorn if you don't go along.

GODDAMMIT I HATE BEING IN THE UK AND HAVING EXAMS AND NOT BEING ABLE TO AFFORD AIR TRAVEL!!!!!

Seriously, this is just amazing and yet I'm extremely annoyed, because of my position in he world. To anyone who does go, have a great time, and I look forward to seeing the last episode when it arrives :).

I looked up flights from the UK and you're looking at about £800-£1000 return. I was planning on making a week or two of it. But I found myself in a cruel situation, I got booked for some work that would've paid for it BUT it meant I wouldn't have time to go. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.

No go for me either, though I'm not sure how many additional extras Shanks will need; he has already displayed about fifty different actors and if he put them all on-screen at the same time, he'd be all set for an epic battle. Also, "Shanks is filming", so what does Lund do? Is he the co-writer?

OT: Favorite episode was 19. The Dicelord had some insane CGI and it was amazing.

Shanks does most of it. Writes, edits, directs. Lund stars in it but I gather he doesn't do as much off camera.

Dicelord is mine too. It wasn't that funny or anything, just gripping, atmospheric and imaginative.

If only I didn't live in the middle of the Midwestern U.S. and have college classes to attend. I'd totally bring my gunblade replica my girlfriend bought me at Gen-Con Indy this past year. In the eternal words of Shanks: "Bollocks!"

EDIT: Also, Episode 19 is the best by far. RPG nerdage ftw!

I'm going to say that this thing is a hoax. I'm pretty sure that the shoot is non-existent, and if I've missed some sort of joke, so be it.
Could anyone confirm on way or the other? I really want to go but I also don't want to stand in the middle of a park feeling like a fool.
