Obvious AF, but still pretty funny. And scary, too.

There was such a tax for single men (without children - widowers or single parents with kids weren't taxed) in the 70s, but it was "cough cough" removed very fast. Now they are joking that everyone will pay for this.

They explained it with the words "they don't have children that will work for the country". It WAS during the communistic regim.

I know we got lower VAT but i cant help but feel they will up it by 4% for 2 years to compensate....

Depends who we vote in in 2011. If it's the Lib Dems, Everyone not a British Citizen will be sent to their respective countries, we get our jobs back, and our economy goes sky high!! Hooray!

I had a good idea for one, but couldnt pull it off.

Get loads of alarm clocks.
Set them so they go off really early in the morning, one minute after each other.
Hide them in someones room.
Once they've finally found the alarm clock and worked out how to turn it off, the next one will start.

I unfortunately couldnt find enough alarm clocks for it to be worth it so I gave up.
