Though these can get a tad repetitive, they're always entertaining.
My favorite moment is when Chief is about to attack Tod, he says, "teh roflknife demandz blud, tod."

I've always found it to be pretty mediocre. I lost interest in it a while ago.
But, to each his own, I guess.

Oh you mean that crummy Machinima that stagnated after the 2nd episode.

I don't get why it's supposed to be funny.

The most epic machinima ever would have to be the Garry's mod performance of "Half-Life, Full Life Consequences"
Red vs. Blue is a distant second.

Digitalph33r. Oh the irony in that name, considering he only uses 3 voices. Arby and the Chief is a bunch of recycled /b/ jokes. With Hard Justice being a complete failure. His guide to Machinima being completely amateur tips, that anyone with a brain should be already doing (But who am I kidding, this is an xbox machinimaker.). The only good series he did, was Deus Ex Machina, which during the last few episodes, started to suck. The whole Episode something part 2 of 2 act 4 was just confusing. I was like "Just give us some damn closure already!"

I prefer Freeman's Mind
Yeah, ditto. Google Civil Protection or Freeman's Mind and discover what a good, intelligent machinima comedy is like.
Yep, that's good creative machinima. Plus the animations with Source Engine used in Civil Protection are top notch.

I never really understood Digital Ph33r's comedy. It just seemed to involve calling people idiots over trivial issues.

For a series that uses toys as actors, it's really not bad. It can get a bit stale after awhile, but most comedy bits centering on gaming tend to repeat themselves after awhile.

I always liked the stuff over at Litfuse Films more. "Combine Nation" is great, but immensely unsatisfying (extremely high quality, but only a couple of episodes were ever made), and "Ignis Solus" is a fantastic standalone piece.

Extending beyond the machinima genre, the concept of toys as actors is executed brilliantly by ItsJustSomeRandomGuy's "I'm a Marvel and I'm a DC." Equal parts sketch comedy and crossover intrigue/action, it's entertaining, and provides some insightful comments on the state of the modern comic book industry.

I am gonna go out on a limb and start with the favorite scenes

"Why isn't masterchief in this game"
"It's only Nintendo characters"
"But masterchief is a pretty cool guy, he kills aliens and doesnt afraid of nothing"
"Wait, what? that doesnt make any sense"

I just love that scene I'm not sure why. (By the way I love all of the stuff by Digitalph33r, but Red Vs. Blue is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy better.)

I do love the series, and yeah it can be a touch repetitive.

I Used to Think it was Hilarious But after the 2nd series it just got ridiculously pretentious trying to make a point in every episode and do loads of this improbable xbox live moments rather then play on the characters funny points

Im making this point badly but im sure someone knows what im trying to say.

I loved watching this... But having to view it on Youtube was annoying because of all the fan made crap and the rick rolling.

Soon after episode 10 I got pissed off with it because Master Chief became the outcast when Travis and the other dude came into it thinking they were cool. They sucked because they don't have Microsoft PC voices and it especially sucked when they didn't get killed off in one of the episodes when Master Chief rushed at them with a knife.

I missed the episodes where Master Chief was a over-defensive bad ass not a pussy wingebag kid.

Is that still going?

I stoped watching long ago, it had some good one liners but nothing that made up for the rest of the show.

I know exactly what you are saying.

I recently sat down and watched an episode. The plot revolved around some glitch in Halo 3 where everyone lost there custom armor unlocks (or something unlocks). All of the jokes in the episode just made fun of people for making such a big deal about the issue. I seriously did not laugh once during the whole thing. Not even a chuckle.

Not to mention part of it didn't make any sense, as everyone lost their armor unlocks yet the Master Chief and Arbiter still had theirs.

i actually liked hard justice. The story was interesting enough from start to finish, and I liked the humor. What I like about his sense of humor is how he is able to recognize all the different types of people in society, and make a douchebag out of them. the problem is that he sometimes overdoes it, and gets preachy. One of the prime examples being they pull out cod4, and he starts making fun of martyrdom by making master cheif use it. Oh, and why can he just get other people to do voices? It does get annoying too.

But consider that for a machinimaker (i guess?), he does have quite a bit of talent for only one person, and is expected to release episodes on a weekly basis. That includes him doing the gameplay, voices, editing, all while writing pretty good stories and jokes for each of them.

I'm a little bit of an Arby n' the chief fan, abu see why some people don't tike it. It's like an outsider's idea on why gamers are stupid, and I know how to laugh at myself.

One on my favorite moments in episode 2 at the end, when thearbiter is explaining to the chief about why bungee can take care or itself and the fact that people feel the need...etc, and the chief is sitting there looking sorry and the canera is zooming out slowly the it zooms in and he says "no you" credits and lolz!!
