Are my system specs good enough? I want to run Empire Total War on Very High settings.

That should run it, by my estimate, but I doubt you'll get Very High settings out of that setup.

Your graphics card COULD be the bottleneck for an unsmooth game. Apart from that, it looks good.

What do I need to improve? Or add - to up my specifications to play E:TW on High.

And my automatic settings E:TW put me on Low with everything disabled, I used to be able to play the game on Medium or High with Ultra amount of troops.

Buy a non-shitty GPU. It's obviously a pre-made, since nobody who knows what he's doing would put a 8600 to an almost 3GHz dual core machine.

Might I direct it to 'canyourunit.com', if the bar that appears at the top goes all the way to the end then you'll have no problems with running it at maximum detail. It also tells you which parts are stopping you from running it at that setting.
