Disclaimer: When I ask whether or not you're addicted, I don't necessarily mean drugs.

Right at this moment I cannot seem to exit a Facebook application called Restaurant City. As of right now I am highly addicted. I'm also listening to Children of Bodom and Nightwish non-stop.

I ask you, are you addicted to anything right now. And by anything I mean drugs, video games, music or movies, your boyfriend/girlfriend/spouse, a project you're working on, your moms cooking, etc.

Games and the Escapist.
I damn well know that I want to work on my assignment for Algebra (Even though it takes a total of two minutes) but I cannot seem to exit my media room.

I think I might be addicted to this site. Look at my post count and when I joined.

I would consider myself addicted to cigarettes, alcohol, and sex. That's about it though, all the other vices I have I can pretty much take or leave.

I will always be addicted to my moms cooking. Aside from that, I don't really get addicted to things. I will be absolutely obsessed or infatuated with something for a while then wake up one day and no longer be attracted to whatever it was occupied my energy and mind the day/s previous.

I think that is a problem in itself.

I'm currently addicted to Nightwish, Tiger Army, Apocalyptica, and The Hush Sound music-wise.

I'm always addicted to Ginger Ale, however.

No. I can stop doing anything any time I want to. If it is within reason.

Procrastinating. I've got a three page lab report with charts due Monday and I should be getting it over with right now but I would much rather be on the Escapist.

I think I'm addicted to the Foo Fighters (my evidence being my avatar, my screen name, and what I'm listening to right now).

The internet mainly, and I can (and have) easily go without it. It's just, I can't do it without provocation. It's a belief of need, and not a need.

Apart from that, porn. My inability to get a damn girlfriend means that I spend an inordinate amount of time on /d/ whenever I can. Of course, living in a flat where your computer screen points down the damn hallway and you're not in the habit of closing your door makes that difficult to say the least.

A mental (as opposed to physical) addiction can be easily controlled by a strong mind. If it's inappropriate to be doing an activity I'm "addicted" to, I simply don't do it. Easily done.

Except for tea. Take that away from me and blood will be shed.

Comics, games, and Escapist.

I just recently bought 115 dollars worth of comics and graphic novels today and I buy a new video game almost every week.

I'm addicted to violence. I spend most of my time training with my unit, the rest I spend boxing, playing rugby, going down to the range, watching war movies, playing ultra-violent video games, or just day dreaming of punching people in the face.
