I think that a sequel was thought up far too quickly, and I'm unfortunately thinking that it'll be essentially the same as the first.
If they want it to stay interesting, they'll really need to spice it up.
And I don't think that bringing back the Joker was really a good place to start.

The only thing I'm reasonably sure of is an appearance by Ras Al Ghul. As you may recall, one of the Riddler challenges is to find his body in the morgue. After the game is finished, the body disappears. Not too surprising, given the fact that ol' Ras can rejuvenate after a refreshing dip in the Lazarus Pits.

Whether it'll be a cameo or a full-blown boss battle remains to be seen, but I'm almost sure he'll be there in some form.

Focus on the criminals that usually go to Stonegate, like the Penguin, Two Face, Lockup, and some other recent escapees like Mr. Freeze. Hell, add Ras Al Ghoul, Talia, and the Society of Assassins into the mix. It would be nice if we find out that Hush is in this game too.

Yeah, yeah, I know Hush is a terrible character, but with the right writer, even a terrible character can get new life. Mr. Freeze was considered a joke until Bruce Timm wrote "Heart of Ice."
