Arkham Asylum Save games disappearing.

Is anyone else having this problem. Yesterday I got Arkham Asylum for ps3 and for some reason I came on tonight to play it and its deleted my save game. Id just got to the bit where your going to the Botanical Gardens if that matters.

Just want to know if anyone else has had to start again because of this?

I don't see how that could have happened since the game autosaves every 5 seconds and my save games were always where I left them.

Was the data gone or was it corrupted? If you turned off your ps3 while it was autosaving, that could have corrupted the data. But if the data itself is simply gone, then I'm afraid you're shit outta luck my friend.
