Not a lot of discussion possibilities I'm afraid, but a damned good thing to read. For those who don't know, chytrid fungus (among many other things) have decimated frog populations around the world. This particular frog, Litoria lorica, was officially endangered but commonly thought to be extinct. Even better, the frogs found were infected with chytrid fungus but thriving, indicating that they have inherited or evolved a method of tolerating the fungus that has wiped out so many populations and even species.
