This is something a bit interesting I did a while back. Its a photo of my mate that I've painted over, with a bit of photo editing going on as well. Just to clarify, he started off in jeans and a t-shirt...

I CAN SEE FOREVER

I want to know what those two wave-dolphin things in the last picture are.

I actually never saw them as dolphins, they are look more like claws to me, but that's just me.

Usually i have some sort of pattern or a picture stuck in my head that gives me a vague direction about what to do but most of the time i just do random stuff until it looks "good".

Also i like to keep things abstract since then a lot of people can see different things in them,
i feel like coloring affects a lot on what people will think about it, if i had used red instead of that blue color then maybe you would have also seen claws in it.

I never really bothered.

I just figured I'd get lost in the millions of other artist accounts anyway. Plus, I dont have a scanner. The ones I have on my computer now were scanned in at someone else's place. And the only reason I did that was so that I could e-mail them to a local magazine.

And it also gave me the oppertunity to create my own avatar : >)

I myself kinda suck at drawing faces from the front, but yours are very good. Those eyes are beautiful.

The colouring is also brilliant. Especially the skin colour, it's got a great sense of tangibility.

Thank you very much! I couldn't draw for about a month, so my skills have been set back a bit. Working on getting then up to snuff again though!
