they are sort of pointless to play but...you just have to play them oh and if everyone is say okemi I'll say shadow of colossus simply because its the only game to make me feel so small and powerless.

Shadow of the colossus, ICO and the 2 kingdom hearts game.
Flow and flower as well, and linger in shadows! All great art styles! Really added to the game!

As have already been mentioned, Shadow of the colossus, Flower and The path are all very "artsy".
That said I think many games are art even if they weren't designed to be, they're part of the interactive medium, they immerse you in a story and in a world, Bioshock, Fallout 3 and Half-life 2 all fit in here.
In truth I consider almost all games to be art in some way.

It may be freeware but:

Fancy Pants Man. The skethcy style and...well, speaks for it's self once you play it.

It and the gameplay are reasons why it ranks among my personal favourite games ever. (Counting freeware)

Arty games are made by people who aren't making games for money,or for people but for themselves. That way they have no limits and can make a proper piece of art.

I'd say And Yet It Moves is a pretty artsy game as well. played the demo over Steam and I would have played the entire demo if my PC wouldn't have chugged like it was giving birth.

despite my anger towards halo 3, i have to admit that game had some of the best graphics i've ever seen, if you just took a second to stop and look up at the sky you'll notice how much detail they put in to it.

and secondly i have to admit the darkness had some pretty good grapics to.
