Being a Juggalo defines us as standing out from the norm and mainstream.
This is gonna get me reported but sod it, this rant has been brewing for some time.
Being a "Juggalo" is just liking a band, it is not a sufficient criteria to develop a goddamn identity around, if you take it that seriously please apply palm to face as the inanity of that is mind boggling.
I mean its like back in secondary school when the emos used to get all poetic about their energy drink of choice.
By all means enjoy the band but please got some perspective on the matter.

Don't you find it at all ironic that in trying to be underground and avoid the mainstream you opt to follow a band which is by all accounts well known, well recognised and in many ways mainstream.
Moreover do you not find it a mite hypocritical that you (in this thread at least) seem to dislike the mainstream when you yourself are nothing but the product of a blatant manipulation attempt by individuals who have convinced you that by emulating them you are unique and that doing it in shuffling step with thousands of others you avoid being part of the culture that you so hate, despite it being the exact opposite; a complete and obvious trap for people like you to be sucked straight into another culture which is just as mainstream and uninspiring as the one you rail against?
Or is it just me?
My point exactly.
(Or it would have been if Id been able to actually put my grievance into words).
EDIT= And another thing, one Im sure someone else has mentioned how does liking a band give you such a sufficiently different cultural identity that it warrants this type of thread?
I mean they're normally reserved for different religions or moral stances.
I mean with this why not a tonne of other topics like-
"Ask someone with brown eyes a few questions!"
"Ask a someone who is 3 inches shorter then the national average what his views on life the universe and everything is, due to this enormous difference in height giving him a vastly different perspective on the big issues in all our lives!"
