I've read that your health won't simply regenerate over time, but it will regenerate a bit. To get back to full health you'll have to pay a visit to a doctor, so that will cost money. I'd like to see combat combos available.
I'd like to be able to run without someone screaming "Assassin!" But otherwise I don't really feel a shop system would be necessary. I rather liked the gameplay as it was.
