And now for my weekly thread, now with 50 advertisements (placed directly into your PC for convenience! FIND EM!)

If you your preferred gaming company gave you the option to subscribe to them, would you do it and who would they be? You would pay for a lifetime subscription to recieve all of their games. Would you do it? Is there any one company that gives you so much pleasure constantly that it would be worth it to you?

Me personally I don't think I can contribute much to this discussion since I'm not too much of a, gamer but I was curious as to what you guys would say. GO!

[sub]Also I'm going to be doing a mostly RP based online DND campaign with a few friends if anybody is interested[/sub]

Only if they were capable of consistently releasing quality games... then maybe. I'd prefer to buy a game and then own it completely from then on. Some companies go back and forth between good and bad games, so I wouldn't want to be limited by that either.

So maybe, but leaning strongly to no.

I've yet to see a game company that releases games yearly that are consistently good.

Fuck the yearly bit then, would you do it if you had to just pay up front, or pay every other year or something.

I'd never buy a lifetime subscription to anything, As Novelty is something that can quite quickly wear off.

If it was just for one game, I wouldnt mind paying annually, If it was that[/I] good of a game.

A game company that realises consistantly good games? Well...Possibly Bungie or Valve. Im not saying all[/I] their games are good, But their Turkey/Morrowind ratio is certainly on the right side.

Well if that's the case then probably Valve. Their games are always good despite the release dates.

Maybe, but only on the proviso that the yearly subscription wasn't ridiculously high, the company consistently released quality games, games the company was only the publisher of were included and I was allowed to keep the games I'd already gotten if I terminated the subscription.

Based off all that, if it was Atlus offering a deal like that, I'd take it in a heartbeat.

No company has been that good so far. Even if they had, there's no guarantee they could keep it up. No buy from me.
