1 year removed Texas highschool football player OT,Center,and Guard lettered. Miss it. Love football with everything i got. Had D1 offers blew out knee, got surgery, got infected, got offers dropped from me. So goes life but hey other than that im good. Practice conditioning was 7 down back down across the field gasers but if we didnt execute well coach made us run and if our kicker was doing shitty we ran more for that. Off season conditioning were 2 800's around the track, 4 400's, 2 200's, and 4 100 sprints all of which were after agility box jumping, jump rope, stair running/hopping and bear crawl and footwork drills and crap like that. this junk sucked. Then we had lifting after that. Followed by 20 min of abs. Not bad unless your fat like me.
