I got attached to the dog in Fable 2.

I wasn't attached to Alyx in Half-Life 2, episode 2 had a happy moment near the beginning for me.

I was attached to Luis Sera from Resident Evil 4, I thought that he was cool and I was pissed off I couldn't play as him or play him during those parts of the game where he wasn't around. Then he had to die in one of the worst ways.

I was sad when he died.
And I was playing Obscure2 with my brother, a crappy game I know, but I liked one of the characters, and I mean only one, and when he got horribly murdered, I lost interest in the game completely.

Playing GTA, I'll get attached to certain cars or, more likely, bikes. If they blow up, I'll reload a savegame just so I can keep it.

I do that too. In GTA4, when Bernie get's you that sports car from Bryce Dawkins, I drove carefully for the first time ever so I could get it to my safe house intact.

i remember once in san andreas that i managed to find this reeeally sweet car, and after i painted it and stuff, some idiot ram's into my car on a highway, i end up flying down a rocky hill and right infront of a train going uber fast and i DIE.

I was veeeery attached to the gang from Final Fantasy IX, and especially Garnet/Dagger/Sarah. For days I just kept delaying finishing the game because I didn't want the whole thing to be over. '-'

And this is coming from someone whose favorite Final Fantasies are VII and VIII.

I get attatched to weapons and finde myself using them at really innapropriate times; I took out the general guy at the end of Fallout 3 with a dart gun at one point.

I actually thought that the ending to Twillight Princess was pretty sad.
