Attack on the escapist ?

we all know that 4 Chan is a very aggressive website when it comes to the users. They organize raids to attack websites and what if 4 chan trolled the escapist.
what are your thoughts Escapees? (sorry about the name)
I personally would hate them attacking our precious website.

They have trolled us before. Quite a few times.

And they don't even really "raid" anymore. What happens is a few people create accounts, post shock images in a few threads, then get banned.

Thats it.

Can't blame them for trolling though. This place is remarkably easy to troll.

I dont know. If its going ot happen, they're going to do it. Its not like you can just get a counterforce to combat 4chan like some isreali strike team or some US special Ops. though it would suck ot be without the dark nerdy humor here.

Why are we talking like this? We're ASKING for it if we continue.

Also, it's not just 4Chan. Something Awful, Ebaums World and the other Chan sites also sometimes organise raids.

And this is why they keep coming back for more.
Just be indifferent towards their behavior, and go do some laundry or something until they're done trolling.

I'm from 4chan originally and I bet there are others who fled the site over time. I'd also like to remind you that 4chan doesn't only consist of /a/b/v/, though there is barely any board left that wasn't flooded with the aforementioned retards, hence why I left for good half a year ago.
Anyway, in a certain sense, they are already here.

They've attacked us before. Numerous times in fact. They all end up getting banned and things end up back to normal. Also, 4Chan gets a lot more credit then they're due. I'm sure they have SOME people capable of shutting down the site for a little while, but they're probably very few and far between the masses.

We get trolled because of our elitist attitude, and our hatred of extreme believers (or non-believers). It just gets too easy. However, whenever someone trolls here, they get banned pretty fast, so all is good.

They don't really have enough reason to raid or attack the Escapist so its going to be restricted to low level trolling for a while.

They have before, several times. On each occasion I was in bed, and frankly slightly let down that I didn't get to see it. It seems like one of those things any long time forum member should see.
