I bought Audiosurf 2 just a couple days ago (spending more money on it than I feel I should have at this point), and when I tried to play it I got the following error:
It loads up, I see a split-second of what I assume is the main menu, then it goes to a grey screen with the text "Steam not found. Sorry, but something isn't working. Exiting..." and then it has a countdown after which it exits.
Does anyone know why this is happening, or what I can do to fix it? I've tried launching the game via the .exe in its steam folder, same problem. I've verified the integrity of the cache, no dice. I'd really appreciate any help on this so it doesn't feel like I just wasted $15.
