Rez is an old-ish PS2 game. There's a Rez HD for DreamCast and XBox Live arcade.

Eh, Rez on the PS2 is an inferior port of Rez on the DC, but neither of them is HD.

The XBLA version is the definitive Rez experience, though.

But even so, Audiosurf is more like a playable visualization plugin for Winamp than anything that tries to compete with Rez. Rez is specifically designed to give a certain type of experience but Audiosurf is more about seeing what'll happen when you throw a certain song at it.

I mean, turn the volume off on any one of those videos - is that really something worth making a video about? No? Then you're basically just redistributing the song.
