I had one of these fruit plants in my front yard when i lived in Brisbane. It was a hilarious sight every year!

As far as I'm aware Koalas have a problem in that their main food source is typically Eucalyptus leaves. Eucalyptus leaves, however, are toxic to Koalas. So the Koalas get very drunken/drugged up each time they have a meal, and then have to sleep a long time to recover from this. Then they eat some more eucalyptus leaves and begin afresh!
