I'd be keen on a repeating crossbow that shoots ridiculously high-powered bolts which either explode a few seconds after impact or stick in a victim, then deploy thousands of little spinning blades which turn their insides into a bloody mess. Alternatively they could be rocket-propelled and have a razor-sharp tip, so they would punch through about 5 people's chests before losing power and hitting the ground. Then exploding and killing everyone in a 3-metre radius.
Oh, and it must have a targeting laser and a sniper scope.

technically there is such a thing as an automatic knife
it also known as a switch blade.
but if you wanted something that stabs over and over...well they have that too
its called reciprocating saw and you could put a different blade on it to make it easy for stabbing.

A 6 foot long chainsaw. With an energy field projector to cut through armour. And a flamethrower strapped onto the bottom.
A vibrospear with an energy field projector, plus 2 automatic RPG launchers strapped to the tip.

... I think it's quite clear that all we really need is a PROPER 40K shooter.
