AV Con Costume

Ok so where I live its nearly time for the Anime Video Game Convention. It also happens to fall on one of my best friends 21st, he's going of course. Anyways he mentioned that he would like to go to AV Con as Dom Santiago from Gears of War (he looks strikingly similar), but he doesn't have a costume to wear (he has the lancer though), so this got me thinking that I might be able to get him some gears of war armor to wear. So I was wondering if anyone here knew where I could acquire said armor for a reasonable price also feel free to share some of your AV/Comic Con costumes. Cookie dough for best.

I already found that site so no cookie. Pity they don't sell it to regular consumers (unless I missed something) even if they do it wouldn't come under "reasonably priced" sorry mate close but no cookie.
