I have already tried saving it and uploading it (as a gif file) but it just gets me a static image. Please help

I'm going to appeal to Kuliani tomorrow about possibly adding an amendment to the Guidelines regarding GIF help threads.

Hopefully then we can begin simply redirecting people to the guidelines and close GIF threads quickly.
