Avatar help

okay guys, just a problem I'm having, and I need some help.

A few days ago someone told me my avatar was far too distracting, so I changed it to a random full sized image that is on my computer, to see whether the avatars could be full sized. I then proceeded to change it to a stormtrooper sitting on the loo. Nothing changed. I changed it to a picture of Sig, and it worked for 5 minutes, then changed back. It's been fluctuating nonstop since then. Any advice on what to do/is this happening to anyone else?

I can't. It just keeps going back to the Darth Vader one, no matter what I try.

and just for the record, Sig is more awesome than Chcuk Norris and Horatio Caine combined.

Wait a while, and it will come back. I have the same problem and it normally takes a few hours to change the avatar.
