Avatar help!

Hey Everyone I was ondering How do I get an Avatar that moves I was hoping to find one that was of Angus Young Playing Guitar. So is anyone here able to make one or know someone who can make one?

It needs to be a .gif file and it needs to be scaled to 75x75 or it will turn still. Beyond that, I can't tell you anything.
