Avatar Troubles

So my avatar doesn't like to work here, and I have tried everything. I got it down to the specifications it requires any it still has the same weird image of a failed image.

Anyone have any advice.

(sorry if double post, the board said the topic I made "never existed").

Sometimes you need to wait a bit or press Ctrl+F5 to do a force refresh on the pages to view your updated Avatar.
