I love Saints Row 2. It is my second favorite game of 2008, right after X3: Terran Conflict. The game is fun, it is full of stuff to do, it doesn't have the crap that comes lumbered with GTA4 (people phoning you up all the damn time etc), and it has character customization that is neat.
Some DLC was released on XBL for it yesterday. For 800 points you get 6 new vehicles (which don't do anything outlandishly new, and NONE of which you can customize), 3 new missions (yes, only 3, and those are pretty short themselves), and a new homie (who is EXTREMELY badly voice acted and so you will likely never use her).
That's it. Nothing else. That would be worth a download as a free gratuity, but frankly isn't worth 100 points, let alone 800.
And incidentally, I really mean it about the new homie and her voice acting, which is doubly unfortunate as she is the focus of the 3 new (rather boring and short) missions. Getting a porno star (Tera Patrick) to do voice might give you an opportunity to make some very nice advertising posters (like this [http://playstationlifestyle.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/tera-patrick-saints-row.jpg]), but it makes for terrible game content when she can't act to save her dignity. My advice, give this a very wide berth.
