"But are you telling me that you believe that everyone is going to come out all happy and the same way as before? this is going to change them and i don't specifically mean die, we're most likely going to lose some one down there is all i'm saying. Be them lost or captured or worse, somethings going to happen." Hataki said, feeling relieved that all the pent up energy was now released.

David finally pulled away from the book Tasha lent him. "Well, that was an interesting read." He walked to Tasha. "Do you want it back now?"

John sighed. "I personally think we can make it out of there in one piece. If we actually learn to work together and figure out what we're supposed to do, then we should be alright. Also, Hataki, I'm not exactly sure asking a demon to be your therapist is the best idea. No offense intended."

"Entertaining," David smiled. "Though, the style put me off. It doesn't look like any other manga I read. This isn't a shoujo manga, is it?"

"Sure, but it would be better right now if we have a plan ready once we arrive at our destination. You could give me some recommendations later. " David adjusted his glasses and looked at the lady. "Who's she?"

"I'd guess she's the owner of this house. Unless she's a disguised abomination from the (N)ether. But that doesn't seem likely, does it?"

David stared at the lady. "Well, why isn't she saying anything? Why would someone have a home near the gates of the underworld?" David felt a chill run up his back. "I don't like this."

David stared at Tasha. "...That's... highly unlikely. Besides, from what I've read, shrine maidens aren't allowed to have relationships. They are devoted, in both body and soul, to their god." David leaned on his hand. "Well, then that would make the possibility of the miko choosing to save the world over a demon more likely..." David pondered this for a moment. "Bah! What the hell am I doing?"
