Avoiding detention... TO HELL!

The amount of electricity was taken inside to build up more for reserves, leaving only a glow just barely enough to see in. "I think that's better." Hataki then nearly tripped over something, upon inspection she found it was a brick. "We must be getting close."

 

[Daft Sikes]

David let out a quiet grunt in response. David saw a turn in the cave and he peeked around the corner. He visibly blanched and turned to Hataki. He put a finger to his lips and pointed to the other side of the dining chamber entrance.

Hataki nodded and drew her sword, not knowing what to expect she completely took all sparks inside of herself, leaving her chest area ever so slightly glowing red. She then looked at David on what to do next.

David did a quick roll to the other side. He gestured for Hataki to do the same.

Hataki repeated the move and was as quite as leaf in the wind and nearly invisible in the shadows.

"Okay," David whispered. "Let's go." He continued moving in a semi-crouching postition deeper into the cave.

Hataki then followed David like a shadow, her hand on the hilt of her sword.

"Oh, sorry. Could I have some tea too? I'm feeling a bit thirsty after that walk. Where d'you think the others have gotten too?"

John looked around. "Do you ever feel like something EPIC is happening close by, but you're not a part of it? Cause I'm getting that right now."

He shrugged. "Oh well, probably just my imagination. Thanks Tasha, I'm really enjoying the tea. It's quite good."

"Yeah, better than the stuff you get at school. There's no appreciation of good English tea round here... So, how easy is it to kill demons, do you guys know? It just seems that if we get in trouble later, that I have little to nothing in the way of arcane protection and weapons?"

As Hitaki and David made their way their way through the cave, it turned more ruins than cave. "We must be extremely close." she barely vocalized. They were now in a chamber, like a long hall.

 

[Daft Sikes]

A glint of light appeared at the end of the hall. He moved towards it. "This way, and quickly." David murmered. "I don't want to stay in this pit any longer than necessary."

Hatkai quickly sprinted up to the doorway at the end of the hall, peeking around the doorway, there was a mirror iin the center of the room. getting back around the corner she signals for David to move up.

David ran to Hataki's side and looked in. "A mirror?" David raised his eyebrows at this. "Come on. Let's take a closer look."
He stepped through the doorway and into the chamber. He placed his hand on the mirror.
This mirror used to have magic contained within it. David observed.

Following David into the room, Hitaki approached the mirror, it wasn't normal, she could see what looked like scorch marks around it. "There must be something special about this mirror." Hataki said, then seeing a smudge on it she tried to wipe it off, electricity sparking from her hand to the mirror only to have her hand stop but the mirror felt softer, as if it were made of lead. "I think i know where he went and how he got there."

 

[Daft Sikes]

David growled. "Why is that idiot doing this? What could he hope to gain?!" He had half a mind to smash the mirror into pieces. "That jackass..."
He walked back to the door. "Come one Hataki. Let's get outta here."

Tasha frowned at John [sub]"That's how I usually feel. And thank you. When I go to the club no one else can brew tea so I figured I'd learn how."[/sub] He looked away rather annoyed. [sub]"Our advisor doesn't even stop by anymore..."[/sub]

"i'll come along but couldn't we jump start the mirror with some our own magic?" she said getting up from inspecting the edges of the mirror and starting to walk towards the door.

"What, and end up like Jack?" David shook his head and continued down the hall. "These mirrors are dangerous, especially if used by someone who's inexperienced." David said. "If used wrong, you could end up getting completely wiped from existence, but that's only if you're lucky."

"Oh well, that was anti-climatic." Hataki said and put her hood down, letting her long hair flow down her back. "Much better," she was as pale as a ghost, with the exception of the glow in her chest changing from red to whitish blue. "Lets go then."
