Ever have a moment in your life where, upon an event occuring, you think to yourself, "I called that this exact event would happen"?

For me, well, I was in a play of Robin Hood. Specifically as a jester who puts a bag over his head and dies. One night, I announced, "I will fall off the stage sometime soon."

Tonight, I did. My head fell 10 feet, the stage is 4 feet high. Wewt.

I've had what I think are small glimpses into the short future. I am speculatory on what it is, maybe I'm just realizing what I'm about to see because I've seen it before. or maybe it has more to do with the conciseness and its passage through time. I don't know but it messes with me, and amuses me when it happens.

Most emotional/personal situations relating to people liking/wanting or doing things with eachother. I easily catch on before most others, and sometimes I say I called it. :3
Hehe. I can do the same. With everyone not me or interested in me.

Cursed blind spot. >.<

I totally called that my high school band director was a sex offender.

No, that is not a joke.

Once David O. Russell got announced as the director of the Uncharted movie, I called that Wahlberg would star in it.

Got that one right. :)

When some Imam claimed that immodest dress causes earthquakes, "Boobquake" was arranged to test this. My first thought: "There's gonna be an earthquake that day."

I blame you. You jinxed it. Though I'm sure you're not responsible for the bastardization of the story.

OT: It happens now and again, but never with anything too amazingly important. Though I have gotten quite good at knowing what my girlfriend is thinking just by looking at her, and knowing what will happen next. That's proven useful.

I said about a month ago that my best friend's relationship wouldn't last another month. She got dumped Friday night.

...I'm actually happy about his casting.

The story...less so, but I'm still intrigued.

Hehe, I can tell easily if people have a thing for me, but the downside is...ehh, why does this person like *me*? thoughts appear a lot. xD

Not in an inconsiderate way, but just knowing or having a good chance of being right on the spot about things like that can be a pain. D:
I just second guess myself too much, I think. And part of it comes down to not understanding what people could see in me as well. and then, if (god help me) I like them back, I start to worry about the repercussions of exposing myself.

...My feelings, that is.

It's like I'm nearly Zen when reading most people, but then I get involved and tripped up. I feel like one of those Jeopardy contestants who studied for months upon months to make the show, and then never gets a question right due to panic. >.<

I do it in a lot of movies. I can't remember the exact ones but they were all pretty lackluster.

Predicting the ending of Star Wars Episode III doesn't count.

Oh, okay then. I think Mark will do a good job, but I still think Fillion would have been beyond perfect. But that hardly matters at this point: I'm tired of moviemakers taking the name of a video game, then disrespecting the medium's storytelling by constantly re-writing everything. It's insulting, really.

I called that no one would definitively win the Australian Federal Election.

I should so have placed a bet on it...

Brandon Sanderson's handling of Wheel of Time. So far, I've predicted about 75% of the major "twists," and the only one that really caught me by surprise was what happened to Mat.
