Awesome Cosplay idea!

I saw some sweet cosplay pics a while ago and I got an awesome idea for me. Allow me to explain: being a typical American I am a bit big, but I took that a bit farther. Weighing 230 lbs at 6'1" I have a 38" waist, and have a tough time finding good cosplay ideas. BUT I have long ass hair. (Being a guy this makes it SO much easier). However *queue orchestral swell* I saw this commercial, and had an epic idea. I'm not as big as the guy in the end of this advert., but my hair is nearly identical, all the way down to the color.


Question: Would ANYONE recognize this, and is it a good idea?

You'd be better off as Heavy Weapons Guy IMO...assuming you either got rid of or hid well all that hair.

It is pretty epic, but sadly, a bit obscure.
Still, if you have a phone with video, or an iTouch or something, put the commercial on it and show it to anyone if they don't get it. You might have to do some self-promotion in order for people to get it.

I wouldn't have really used the word awesome, I mean unique? Yes. Easy? Yes Good? I guess, but not awesome. As for ideas I can't really think of anything without seeing you, can't get my head around the measurements.

Heavy is way more recognizable than some biker from a shampoo commercial. you can always stuff some pillows in your shirt to fill out Heavy's shape if you need to.

thats the problem. too over done. im sick of the obvious cosplay garbage
