I was browsing my computer today, and came across the Tattoos file for Fable: The Lost Chapters. For those of you who dont know, in Fable: TLC, you could give you character tattoos. However, you were also able to grab a template, edit a tattoo onto it, and then be able to put the tattoo you made onto your character. I really like this feature, but although some modding teams have implemented skins for some games, I havent seen another game that does something like this, whether it be tattoos, weapons or armour, straight out of the box.
