my Granddad had an awesome cain sword, no one would believe there was an sword inside it, pure awesomeness. though because the blade was so long, he had to shorten it for legal reasons, So it became more of a cain knife haha

When you carry a gun or other weapon somewhere, it is common courtesy to pack it in an unconspicuous manner so as to not unnerve fellow citizens. Most people don't feel at ease around a stranger carrying a lethal weapon for some reason. That's why if I'm bringing my bow or airsoft pistols anywhere I make sure it's not bothering other people.
Then someone comes along and invents the gunbrella *facepalm*

I've seen katana-versions of it as well.
