Well unfortunately most of my music IS emotional, bleak and depressing- that's how I like it. However:

And Tenacious D never fails to raise a smile

Dude! Great track for a great game (though the difficulty curve goes away quick once you start upgrading).

Lesse....uplifting. Well, I find some of these tracks to be uplifting, in a mellow sort of way:

Whenever I think uplifting, I think of this song called Undying Love by a symphonic group called Two Steps From Hell off their album 'Legend'

Mr Blue Sky was great contribution.

For mine, it's mostly about the video, you can't not smile.

I'm not even a fan of the band.
Check out this video, they play instruments....with a CAR.

Grace by Jeff Buckley. The whole song is about "not feeling so bad about your own mortality when you have true love."

Oh yeah, forgot these ones.

Drives Us Bats. I mean come on, it's a villain song about Batman sung by Neil Patrick Harris. What's not to like?

Alternatively:
Balalaika

Airman Ga Taosenai (I Cannot Defeat Airman). I swear, that has to be one of the most toe-tapping rage-songs I've ever heard...and not just because I haven't heard many (though that is certainly true :p)
